Guarantee and Rework

All work is guaranteed to meet Chris’s standards of craftsmanship and material quality. Because each piece is custom made, refunds are not offered. However, if a commissioned piece does not reasonably align with the agreed design or workmanship expectations, Chris will work with the client to make appropriate adjustments or rework where practical.

This guarantee is offered in good faith and within reasonable limits, ensuring both client satisfaction and the integrity of the craft, without exposing either party to unnecessary risk.
