To care for your board, wash with warm, soapy water after each use—never soak—and dry immediately on its edge. Once a month, or whenever the wood appears dry, apply a generous coat of food-grade mineral oil to all surfaces to prevent cracking and warping. Finish with a beeswax conditioner for added protection and longevity.
